Casey came out of the home improvement and solar world, where he saw a lot of homeowners being pushed toward big-ticket solutions before anybody addressed the energy loss happening in the home. His mindset was different from the start — tighten up the home first, cut the waste, and then only recommend what actually makes sense.
Jonathan came from the automotive repair industry, where good shops do not guess. You diagnose the root cause, fix it right, and make sure the repair actually solved the issue. When he looked at the HVAC world, he saw too much of the same thing homeowners hate everywhere else — people replacing equipment without stopping to ask why it failed in the first place.
That is really where Suntex comes from. We believe your home should be looked at as a whole system.
